12 years or younger, must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation fee:
(50%) if a booking is cancelled or changed within the last
three hours before the travel time, Cloud 10 will retain
50% of the applicable fare for that booking.
Notes:
1. The rates are for a one-way trip for each category between
any point in these three zones and the Victoria International
Airport, or the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal in Sidney. Group
rates for two or more persons traveling together from the
same address to/from the same end destination, in the same
trip.
2. Rates are subject to government approval.
3. The Company will not accept liability for damage of transported
baggage, or for delays caused by reasons beyond its control.
4. Any claims for damage must be filed in writing within
forty eight (48) hours at the listed office of the Shuttle
Service.
